Former 'Jenny Craig' spokeswoman now looks heavier than ever

Actress Kirstie Alley is losing the battle of the bulge, as this photo (to right) taken of her in Los Angeles on June 1 shows her looking heavier than ever.
Alley, 57, was dropped a few months ago as the spokesperson of weight-loss company Jenny Craig after having been its public face for three years. Alley has since been replaced by actress Valerie Bertinelli, 48, who has slimmed down considerably since taking over as spokeswoman.
A few months ago, Alley had indicated she was planning to launch her own weight-loss brand sometime in 2009. But given her ballooning weight, it's unclear whether she's moving forward on that project.
Meanwhile, the former Cheers star has reportedly signed on to star alongside James Brolin in the comedy Nailed, her first feature role since 2002.
Alley, once a superfit ingenue (see left), has battled huge weight fluctuations for years, and has also overcame drug abuse. She's divorced from actor Parker Stevenson and reached a high point in her weight battle when she appeared in a bikini on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2006. Unbelieveable.
